 August 6, 2009I Don’t Care is Song of the Month2ne1’s song, “I Don’t Care” has won Cyworlds Digital Music Award for Song of the Month. This was previously done by their sunbae, Big Bang. 2ne1’s mini-album has also seen very strong sales. Our beloved girl group has also received the honors of the most and highest winning records this year – they won awards with starting with “Lollipop” for the 34th DMA, and also 2 awards with “Fire” on the 35th DMA, and this month they won again with “I Don’t Care”. According to statistics, 2ne1 has been selling 1,000 copies of their album every day. August 2, 20092ne1 wins second mutizen award2ne1 wins their second “Mutizen” award on the show, SBS Inkigayo. The group performed their new smash hit, “I Don’t Care” (which you can listen to here). This is their second consecutive win. Next week we’ll see 2ne1 compete against other girl groups, KARA, Brown Eyed Girls. If they win they will have a triple-crown. At this point 2ne1 is just dominating.
